Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),an endocrine-metabolic disorder common in women of reproductive age,has a high clinical incidence. Its pathogenesis is complex, and patients present diverse clinical presentations.Studies indicate that reproductive abnormalities in PCOS patients mainly manifest as ovulation disorders, reduced embryo implantation rates, and increased early pregnancy loss risks, all which are linked to significantly lower endometrial receptivity. This study explores the relationship between PCOS and uterine receptivity by examining various factors. It focuses on biological markers of uterine receptivity, menstrual cyclicity, hyperandrogenemia, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and inflammatory factors in PCOS.The goal is to provide better treatment options for PCOS patients.
