Abstract:Objective To establish a standardized and scientific clinical teaching system for recurrent implant failure(RIF)addressing the complex etiology, lack of unified diagnostic criteria and difficulties in clinical teaching. Methods Ac-cording to the Cochrane handbook of systematic reviews, systematic search of PubMed,Embase and other authoritative data-bases,clinical trials, conference papers and society reports.Using the GRADE system to evaluate the quality of evidence,an RIF evidence-based medicine teaching plan was formed.A total of 34 graduate students and junior doctors in reproductive medicine were selected as subjects. They underwent theoretical teaching and case analysis, with a Likert five-point scale was used to quantitatively evaluate their mastery of RIF diagnosis and treatment knowledge before and after the implementation of the teaching plan. Results A total of 154 studies were included in the analysis,of which 74 were randomized controlled trials and 80 were observational studies. The teaching plan covered the definition of RIF,etiology screening, intervention measures and case analysis. The evidence was divided into three categories:"conditional recommendation","options to consider"and"no conclusion".The total Likert scale score and the dimension scores for learning interest, theoretical knowledge, clinical thinking and scientific research thinking after teaching were significantly higher than those before teaching(P<0.05).Conclusions The RIF teaching plan based on evidence-based medicine significantly improves teaching quality, enhances students'interest in learning, exercises clinical thinking, provides new ideas for reproductive medicine teaching, and help to solve RIF-related clin-ical teaching problems.
