Effects of Labetalol Combined with Low-Dose Aspirin on Hemodynamics,Platelet Parameters and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of labetalol combined with low-dose aspirin on hypertension during pregnancy.Methods 102 patients with hypertension during pregnancy admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Xingtai Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into the observation group(given labetalol com-bined with low-dose aspirin)and the control group(given labetalol only),with 51 cases in each group.The clinical response rate,hemodynamic indexes,platelet parameters,pregnancy outcomes,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group(90.20%)was higher than that of control group(74.51%)(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure[(128.26±9.87)mm Hg]and diastolic blood pressure[(82.47±9.24)mm Hg]of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group[(133.95±9.38)mmHg]and[(91.45±8.98)mm Hg](P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were(9.14±2.38)and(8.37±2.58)at 24h after treatment,which were lower than those in the control group(10.35±2.21)and(9.91±2.27)(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood high tangential viscosity was(4.28±0.63)mPa·s,plasma viscosity was(2.05±0.62)mPa·s,hematocrit was(35.27±2.37)%,fibrinogen was(3.14±0.56)g/L.It was lower than that of control group(5.10±0.84)mPa·s,(3.14±0.78)mPa·s,(39.26±3.14)%,(3.71±0.63)g/L(P<0.05);The platelet aggregation index,α-granular membrane protein-140(20.84±5.22)μg/L,and platelet activating factor(87.72±12.27)μg/L in the observation group were(38.27±5.93)%,respectively.All of them were(43.82±6.32)%,(27.95±6.19)μg/L,(103.83±13.82)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group(5.88%)was lower than that in control group(23.53%)(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in adverse reactions between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy can improve hemodynamics,inhibit platelet overacti-vation,and improve pregnancy outcome with good safety.
