Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of remazolam combined with sufentanil on sedation, stress response and hemorheology in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent thoracoscop-ic surgery from April 2022 to June 2024 were enrolled and were randomly divided into the control group(dexmedetomidine+sufentanil,n=75)and the observation group(remazolam+sufentanil,n=75)using a random number table. The sedation Ramsay score, pain numerical rating(NRS)score, stress response indexes[adrenaline(ADR),norepinephrine(NE),and cortisol(Cor)],hemorheology indexes[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The Ramsay sedation score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 2 h and 6 h after operation, and the NRS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Serum ADR,NE and Cor levels in observation group were lower than that in the control group 6 h and 24 h after op-eration(P<0.05).HR and MAP in the observation group at T1,T2 and T3 were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.67%vs 18.67%,χ2=4.881,P=0.027).Conclusion Remazolam combined with sufentanil can improve the sedative and analgesic effects in patients under-going thoracoscopic surgery, reduce the degree of stress reaction, and maintain the stability of hemorheology, with high safety.
