Comparison of Effects of Vonoprazan and Rabeprazole Quadruple Regimen on Intestinal Flora and Pepsin in Hp Infected Patients

Abstract：Objective To observe and compare the effects of Vonoprazan quadruple regimen and rabeprazole quadruple therapy on intestinal flora disorders,T-cell immunity,PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ in patients with Hp infection.Methods A total of 92 pa-tients with Hp infection admitted to Linfen People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole and the study group was treated with Vonoprazan.The eradication rate of Hp in both groups and the levels of serum inflammatory factors,intestinal flora,intestinal flora disorder grade,T-cell immunity,PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ,PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ and G-17 before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in Hp eradication rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant differences in intestinal flora,intestinal flora imbalance grade,T cell immunity,in-flammatory factors,PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ,PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ or G-17 between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,Lac-tobacillus,Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ were increased in both groups,with the study group showing higher values than the control group.Coccibacterium,Escherichia coli,intestinal flora disorder grade,PCT,CRP,TNF-α,TGF-β1,CD8+,PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ,and G-17 decreased,with the study group showing lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Both Vonoprazan and Rabeprazole can effectively clear Hp infection,but Vonoprazan can further inhibit the ex-pression of inflammatory factors and inflammatory damage in patients,regulate the intestinal flora of patients,reduce intestinal flora disorder grading,and modulate T-cell immunity as well as the levels of PG Ⅰ,PG Ⅱ,PG Ⅰ/Ⅱ and G-17.
