Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Bendamustine and Rituximab(BR)in indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma(MCL).Methods A total of 26 patients with indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and MCL who received treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University from March 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects. All patients received BR treatment, and a retrospective analysis was conducted to observe the short-term efficacy,progression-free survival(PFS),and adverse reactions. Results The median follow-up time of the 26 patients was 9(2-13)months.5 patients(19.2%)achieved complete response(CR),16 patients(61.5%)achieved partial response(PR),2 patients(7.7%)were stable(SD),and 3 patients(11.5%)were progressive(PD),with an overall response rate of 88.5%.During treatment,15 of the 26 patients had adverse reactions, mainly gastrointestinal reactions, myelosuppression, and infection, among which 10 patients had grade 3-4 myelosuppression. Conclusion BR has a high remission rate, few adverse reactions, and high safety in the treatment of indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and MCL,and can be used as one of the options for indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma.
