Abstract:Objective Investigating the success rate of fetal preservation and the effect on hormone levels in the treatment of threatened miscarriage with enoxaparin sodium injection combined with progesterone. Methods 107 patients with threatened miscarriage admitted to Xinglin college affiliated hospital,Nantong University from February 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into 54 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the study group. The control group was given progesterone treatment, while the study group received combined treatment with enoxaparin sodium injection and progesterone.Clinical data including the fertility preservation success rate and the levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),and human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)were collected and compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of fetal preservation in the study group(90.57%)was higher than that in the control group(74.07%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in baseline hormone levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,E2,P,and β-HCG levels increased significantly in both groups, with higher levels observed in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(3.77%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion Enoxaparin sodium injection combined with progesterone improves the success rate of fetal preservation in threatened miscarriage patients with threatened miscarriage, effectively enhances hormone levels, and reduces adverse reactions, making it a valuable option for clinical application.
