Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of secuchiumab in patients with moderate to severe plaque psori-asis and analyze the related factors of recurrence. Methods A total of 336 patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis admitted to the 966 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively se-lected.All patients were treated with secuchiumab to observe its clinical efficacy, and were divided into a recurrence group and a non-recurrence group according to the recurrence of patients 6 months after treatment.Clinical data of the two groups were collected and compared. The difference indicators were incorporated into the Logistic multiple regression model to analyze the related factors of recurrence in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis after secuchiumab treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.35%(317/336).According to the records,6 months after the end of treatment,12.80%of all patients with recurrence(43/336)were divided into the recurrence group, and 87.20%of patients without recurrence(293/336)were divided into the non-recurrence group. There were significant differences between the two groups in drinking, eating habits, damp living environment, mental stress, family history of psoriasis, and irregular medication(P<0.05),and the above indexes were all risk factors for recurrence in patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis after treatment(OR>1).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of secuchiumab is relatively high, but some patients are at risk of relapse after discontin-uation of the drug.Dietary habits, mental stress, family history of psoriasis, drinking, damp living environment and irregular medication are all important factors.Screening high-risk groups by the above factors can provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of clinical prevention and treatment measures.
