Effect Evaluation of Zhen'gan Xifeng Decoction Combined with Diterpene Ginkgolides Meglumine Injection on Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of Zhen'gan Xifeng Decoction combined with diterpene ginkgolides me-glumine injection(DGMI)on ischemic stroke patients.Methods Totally,102 ischemic stroke patients treated at Pei County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled and divided into the observation group(Zhen'gan Xifeng Decoction+DGMI)and the control group(DGMI)according to the odd/even case number method,with 51 patients in each group.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group showed significantly better improvement in neurological impairment,motor function,and life ability compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Zhengan Xifeng Decoction combined with DGMI exhibited better effects in the treatment of ischemic stroke,which is worthy of clinical reference.
