Abstract:Objective To study the serum anti-M ü llerian hormone(AMH),estradiol(E2),and progesterone(P)expression in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and its predictive value for therapeutic efficacy. Methods In this pro-spective study,120 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed and treated at Haimen District People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the observation group. An additional 120 normal pregnant women who underwent labor examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. In the observation group, patients whose efficacy was evaluated as significant or effective were classified as the effective group, and those evaluated as ineffective were classified as the ineffective group. The expressions of serum AMH,E2,and P were compared between the observation and control groups,as well as between the effective and ineffective groups. Results Serum AMH levels(t=32.540,P<0.001)in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while E2(t=65.575,P<0.001)and P(t=14.671,P<0.001)levels were significantly lower. In the effective group,AMH levels(t=3.313,P=0.001)were significantly lower than those in the ineffective group, whereas E2(t=2.917,P=0.004)and P(t=2.608,P=0.010)levels were significantly higher.Combined detection of serum AMH,E2,and P levels showed significantly higher diagnostic specificity and predictive value for ectopic pregnancy and treatment efficacy compared to single-marker detection. The critical values for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy were 10.25 ng/mL,299.63 pg/mL,and 22.63 ng/mL,respectively.For ineffective cases of ectopic pregnancy, the critical values of serum AMH,E2,and P levels were 9.12 ng/mL,255.63 pg/mL,and 15.39 ng/mL,respectively.Conclusion Serum AMH,E2,and P expressions have significant diagnostic and predictive value in the diagnosis and treatment efficacy of ectopic pregnancy and are recommended for broader clinical application.
