Clinical Study of Coenzyme Q10 Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of coenzyme Q10 combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 200 coronary heart disease patients admitted from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.Observation group was given coenzyme Q10 injection com-bined with clopidogrel on the basis of conventional treatment;The control group was combined with clopidogrel on the basis of con-ventional treatment.The control of angina pectoris in 2 groups was evaluated,the changes of lipid levels,myocardial markers and inflammatory factors in 2 groups were detected,and the incidence of adverse events was recorded.Results The treatment satisfac-tion,disease recognition,physical activity restriction,angina stable state and angina attack frequency scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.01).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglycer-ide,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,soluble growth stimulation gene 2 protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,brain na-triuretic peptide and troponin T in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,regu-late the level of blood lipids,reduce myocardial injury and inflammation,and have fewer adverse reactions.
