Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block and general anesthesia in children with laparoscopic hernia. Methods From January2022 to December2023,86 children with laparoscopic hernia ad-mitted to Meizhou people's hospital were selected as the subjects. All cases were divided into two groups by random number ta-ble,with 43 cases in each group.Control group underwent general anesthesia, and observation group was given TAP block on the basis of control group. The anesthesia situation, hemodynamics, pediatric anesthesia emergence delirium (PAED) scale score, pain score and safety between the two groups were compared. Results The anesthesia time and extubation time of two groups were compared, which showed no statistical difference (P>0.05);Compared with control group, the MAP level of observation group at T1 and T2 was higher, the HR of observation group at T2 was higher, and the SaO2 of observation group at T1 was higher (P<0.05);Compared with control group, the PAED scores of observation group at the moment of entering PACU,5 min,15 min and 20 min after entering PACU were lower, and the pain scores of observation group at 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,6 h,12 h after surgery were lower (P<0.05);The two groups had similar incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05).Conclusion TAP block combined with general anesthesia can stabilize intraoperative hemodynamics, reduce postoperative PAED scores and pain scores in children with laparoscopic hernia, and not significantly increase the safety risk.
