Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of immunoglobulin intravenous injection combined with hematopoietic growth factor therapy on T/NK cell levels and peripheral blood HGF,sFlt-1 in patients with severe pulmonary infection. Methods 60 patients with severe pulmonary infection who were admitted to our hospital from March2019 to March2021 were prospectively included as observation objects. The patients were divided into a observation group and a control group according to the random number table. The patients in both groups received routine treatment, and those in the control group were given intravenous infusion of human immunoglobulin at 400 mg/kg,once a day.Patients in the observation group were additionally treated with hematopoietic growth factors, and all the patients received continuous treatment for 90 days. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function index level, inflammatory factor level,T,N cell level and peripheral blood HGF,sFlt-1 level of the two groups were compared, and the adverse reactions and recurrence of infection in 6 months were recorded in the two groups.Re-sults The total effective rate of30 patients in observation group was 96.67%,which was obviously better than that in control group (P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical indexes and the hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of PaO2,PaCO2 and TeSaO2 in patients of the two groups were significantly increased, and the elevation of observation group was more significant (P<0.05).After treat-ment,the serum levels of IL-6,PCT and TNF-α were significantly improved in both groups, and the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were increased, while CD8+was decreased, and the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05).After treatment,NO level in the two groups decreased, while ChE level increased, and the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of HGF,NK cells and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05).The patients in both groups had adverse reactions to varying degrees, and they all recovered spontaneously after drug discontinuation. The in-cidence of adverse reactions and infection recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous immunoglobulin injection combined with hematopoietic growth factor has good therapeutic effect on severe pulmonary infection, which can significantly improve the rehabilitation effect of patients. At the same time,it can significantly improve the blood oxygen content, inflammatory response and immune function, and regu-late the levels of HGF and sFlt-1 in peripheral blood. The incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions are low,so it is worthy of promotion.
