Efficacy of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Combined with Bismuth Containing Quadruple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Infection and its Impacts on Serum Inflammatory Factors

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium capsules combined with bismuth containing quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and its impacts on serum inflam-matory factors.Methods A total of116 patients with Hp infection admitted to the Suzhou BOE hospital from January1,2022 to July 31,2023 were collected and randomly separated into the quadruple group (bismuth potassium citrate+amoxicillin+clarithromycin+omeprazole enteric-coated tablets) and the live bacterial group (live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococ-cus faecium capsules in the top of quadruple group),with 58 patients in each group.13C urea breath test was reviewed and Hp eradication rate was compared between the two groups after treatment.Serum inflammatory factors were detected by auto-matic biochemical analyzer.Serum IgA and IgG levels were detected by Immage double path turbidity analyzer.The levels of serum CD3+,CD4+and CD8+were detected by NanoFCM flow cytometry.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the live bacterial group (96.55％) was obviously higher than that of the quadruple group (84.48％) (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and CD8+in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,while the levels of IgA,IgG,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+increased compared to before treatment (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and CD8+in the live bacterial group were lower than those in the quadruple group,while the levels of IgA,IgG,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+were higher than those in the quadruple group (P<0.05).After treatment,the Hp eradication rate in the live bacterial group (96.55％) was obviously higher than that in the quadruple group (79.31％) (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the live bacterial group was obviously lower than that in the quadruple group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium cap-sules and bismuth containing quadruple therapy has a good therapeutic effect on Hp infection.It can effectively eradicate Hp,and ameliorate inflammatory factor indicators,and has high safety.
