Clinical Study on Recurrence of Endometriosis with Bushen Huayu Prescription

Abstract：Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bushen Huayu prescription in preventing the recurrence of endo-metriosis. Methods A total of 260 patients with endometriosis treated at Hengshui Fourth People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (130 cases) and an observation group (130 cases) based on admission numbers. The control group was treated with GnRH (triptorelin acetate),while the ob-servation group was treated with the self-prepared Bushen Huayu prescription. Recurrence rate,CA125 levels,and pain scores were evaluated and compared. Results The Bushen Huayu prescription significantly improved the overall efficacy,reduced pain,lowered serum CA125 levels,and decreased the recurrence rate in patients with endometriosis (P<0.05). Conclu-sion The Bushen Huayu prescription demonstrated significant effectiveness in treating endometriosis and reducing recurrence,making it worthy of clinical application.
