Abstract:Objective Bone defects caused by trauma, infection and tumor are difficult to treat in clinical practice.Currently, the application of autologous or allogeneic bone transplantation is limited, which leads to poor clinical effect of bone defects;therefore,it is urgent to find new treatment methods.Graphene oxide is a new material with good electrical conductiv-ity,high specific surface area, excellent mechanical properties, good biocompatibility and low toxicity. It can be combined with natural materials such as gelatin, fibroin protein, and collagen,or artificial materials, such as polylactic acid, polyether ether ketone, and bioglass,to form a bone defect repair material with unique properties, which will benefit patients with bone defects.
