Abstract：Exosomes can carry various substances,including proteins,lipids,microRNAs(miRNA),circRNA,and long non-coding RNA(lncRNA).miRNA is an endogenous non-coding RNA molecule that plays an important regulatory role in cells.Currently,an increasing number of studies have found that exosome miRNA derived from gastric cancer cells are widely involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and that early detection of exosomes is of great signifi-cance for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.This article reviews the potential role of exosome miRNA in the diagno-sis and treatment of gastric cancer.
