Abstract:Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is one of the malignancies with high morbidity and mortality.Despite the continuous optimization of chemotherapy and molecularly targeted therapies, the 5-year survival rate for patients with ad-vanced NSCLC remains low.Currently, immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy has made a major breakthrough in the anti-tumor field, especially programmed death receptor-1/programmed death ligand-1 inhibitor therapy, which is considered to be the ma-instay of treatment for NSCLC.This article reviews the current research status and related issues of immunotherapy for NSCLC.
