Discussion on the application of translational medicine in the education of general practice mediaine

Abstract：Translational medicine emphasizes the transformation from the achievement of basic medical research into the application of clinical practice. Its"patient-centered" philosophy conforms to the theme and the core of education of general practice medicine. We learn from the advanced concepts of translational medicine and its effective experiences such as disciplinary construction, teaching methods, assessment system and teacher training in the field, and explore the meeting points of translational medicine concepts and general practice education based on our country's na-tional conditions, and propose how to apply its characteristics as well as advantages to promote the all-round development of education of general practice mediaine.
