The enlightenment and reference from the American military medical officers' training mode

Abstract：Primary medical officer is an integral part of the military logistics,which plays an important role in the preservation of effective strength, reduction of casualties, and improvement of combat effectiveness. It is an important way to maintain the sustainability of the medical officer by strengthening the comprehensive quality of them. By analyzing the shortcomings of Chinese army's medical training primary medical officer and based on the advancement of US Army's training expe-rience,we make conclusions as follows: strengthening medical undergraduate medical education, more continuing education,and getting more deeply involved in the development of civil military in-tegration.
