Thinking on the status and construction of military medical psychological rescue personnel

Abstract：This paper explains the incidence of psychological diseases of the person who is in the rescue mission in major natural disasters, and talks about the construction of medical psychological talents team in the army. The main points are changing the concept, to be aware of the importance and urgency of building mental health work. Strengthening the construction of medical psychological talents, and to train medical psychological rescue team with professional theoretical foundation ane nesessary according to the actual demands to set up the medical psychological rescue team.
