The research progress of molecular mechanism of radioresistance in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract：Hepatocellular carcinoma curative effects are closely associated with radioresis-tance of tumor. Current research suggests that multiple genes and molecular pathways are involved in regulation of radioresistance of hepatocellular carcinoma. The study of molecular makers in hepato-cellular carcinoma radioresistance can predict radiosensitivity which has important significance to re-serch on hepatocellular carcinoma radioresistance reversal.
