The effect of translational medicine idea in training nerve internal medicine graduate students

Abstract：Translational medicine is an emerging new research area comprising multidiscipli-nary research from basic science to medical application rapidly. It includes two-way road, Bench-to-Bedside and Bedside-to-Bench, to complement testing of novel therapeutic strategies in humans with feedback understanding of how human react to the treatment. The understanding about mechanism is relatively limited in neurological diseases compared with other system diseases. Therefore, as a gra-duate student in the neurologic department, it is more important to study the mechanism. How to use the idea of translational medicine to develop the graduate student’s researching ability, we focus on the useful of the translational medicine idea in training graduate student’s research ability.
