The research progress of the nuchal translucency and the single umbilical artery in the prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities

Abstract：The measurement of nuchal translucency, single umbilical artery and other markersof ultrasound probe has become one of the important methods for screening fetal chromosomalabnormalities and deformities. Fetal neck transparent layer (nuchal translucency,NT) thickeningand single umbilical artery (SUA) closely related to adverse clinical outcomes such as fetal chromosomalabnormalities, congenital heart disease and spontaneous abortion. This paper summarizes theresearch progress of NT and single umbilical artery in prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.
