Standardization establishment and quality identification of the biobank of Mongolia people

Abstract:Objective The establishment of standardized Mongolia people’s biobank, the collection of high quality specimens used in psoriasis, hypertension, insomnia, depression and can-cer, and other psychosomatic diseases. Methods Biobank funds needed for the establishment of the preparatory and got the ethics committee allowed. To establish the standard operation procedure of sample collection and so on and to collect the information of the corresponding clinical patients and the blood samples for finally frozen storage are needed strictly quality control on biological samples. Results This study established a standard blood biobank operation process, construction began in January 2015. We have collected the blood samples of a total of 562 patients for more than 6 months. Conclusion Randomly selected sample to undergo a quality control test. The result showed that the collected blood samples with reliable quality and complete clinical data. It can fully meet the needs of scientific research.
