Progress of clinical efficacy in cytokine induced killer cell related factors

Abstract：Cytokine-induced killer ( CIK) cell known as natural killer like T lymphocytes has non-MHC-restricted tumor-killing activity and is widely used in many kinds of tumor diseases. Now, the results show that the efficacy of cytokine induced killer cells is affected by many factors, espe-cially tumors types, quality of CIK cell and patients. So in the review, we summarize the influence factors of clinical efficacy in cytokine induced killer cells, in order to improve the therapeutic effect of CIK cells.
