Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristic of fungal dermatoses from military outpa-tient and to provide scientific references for the prevention and treatment of fungal dermatoses for the troops. Methods The last 5 years visit records were reviewed to analyze the constituent ratio of every fungal dermatosis. Results Three thousand two hundred and eighty-five cases ( 11. 62﹪) were co-llected with firstly diagnosed fungal dermatoses, including male patients of 84. 20﹪ and female pa-tients of 15. 80﹪. The annual constituent ratios of fungal dermatosis tended to decrease with statistical differences. The top three dermatoses were tinea pedis 1 837 ( 55. 92﹪) , tinea unguium 590 ( 17. 96﹪) and tinea cruris 403 ( 12. 27﹪) , most fungal dermatoses happened in patients less than 60 years old, especially less than 30 years old (49. 26﹪);the percentage of 30—60 years was more than 36. 83﹪. Conclusion In our military outpatient work, the emphasis of prevention and treat-ment should be paid on tinea pedis, tinea unguium and tinea curis;patients below the 60 years rank the main population needing medical services.
