Most of the clinical presentation is mild, which can only present with atypical symptoms such as fever, headache and vomiting. But it may also show cerebral damage, characterized by disturbance of consciousness, delirium, convulsions, ataxia and dizzi-ness, etc. Etiology and pathogenesis is not fully clear, and the course of disease is self-limited. It can fully recover in short term. Differential Diagnosis that involve the corpus callosum includes ADEM. The prognosis is almost good.
