Abstract：Cytotoxic T lymphocytes ( CTL) are the main effector cells in the anti-tumor immu-ne response .Dendritic cells ( DCs) , which are considered to be the most potent antigen presenting cells (APC) in the body, are the only cells that can activate cytotoxic T lymphocytes and thus play an important role in the anti-tumor immunity .Research in DCs-based vaccines has evoked great in-terest and made much progress in recent years .Advance in anti-tumor DCs vaccines is to be re-viewed here .
