Characteristics of America translational medicine training and education system and its inspiration for China

Abstract：As a new ermerging subject , education and training in translational medicine of America has realized the wide cover of trainees , the accessibility of teaching resources , flexible and versatile content and method , and innovative evaluation with the help of Clinical and Translational Science Awards consortium and more than 60 clinical and translational research center .Three sugge-stions were put forword in China including accelerating the establishment of translational medicine education system , improving the quality of teacher training and supervising , and developing innova-tive education and training mode and method .
