Abstract：Standard PREanalytical code (SPREC) can manage and track the risk factors of preanalytical biospecimen, enhance exchange and quality of different biobank and improve the accu-racy of experiments.The present study discusses quality control and process of biobank, collection and record of various clinical biospecimen, and application of SPREC in the biobank of Shanghai Children’s Medical Center.
