The research progress of treatment in hepatic echinococcosis

Abstract：To understand the current situation and new progress in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.The literatures about operation treatment, drug treatment of hepatic echinococcosis were reviewed.The operative treatments of hepatic echinococcosis was the preferred treatment for the disease and also made a positive treatment effect.With the continuous development of surgical tech-niques, the operative treatments of hepatic echinococcosis and interventional therapy have made a great progress.Currently, chemotherapy drugs also achieved a very good effect in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.We should choice a reasonable treatment and make a plan according to the specific circumstances of patients, aiming at reducing the recurence rate and prolong patient survival.
