Thinking and analysis on talent cultivation"ladder program"of a military general hospital

Abstract：Objective On the cultivation of talents n a military hospital "ladder plan"to im-plement the comprehensive effect after 3 years of scientific analysis ,To better implement the training plan for the next step .Methods Five experts were invited to evaluate the comprehensive effect of the talent cultivation of 60 medical personnel included in the "ladder program"from 2010 to 2012 usinga scientificevaluation criteria .Results The completionrate of the cultivation and sponsorship program was 78.3%, and the comprehensive scores were mainly concentrated in 4—6 points and 2—4 points (66.0%of the semedical personnel got the score in this range ).Conclusion The comple-tion rate of the cultivation program is a little lowin a certain extent .The program has got significant effect in cultivating scientific research ability .However, the level of new technology remains to be improved .The cultivation program should be made more scientifically to promote "ladder program"to be implemented efficiently .Moreover , the support for medical research thescientific and standar-dized managementand the management of further education should be strengthened .
