Effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with nursing intervention on patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of the hyperbaric oxygen combined with nur-sing intervention on the patients with cerebral infarction .Methods Sixty patients with cerebral in-farction selected in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the ob-servation group and the control group , each with 30 cases.Two groups were treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment , a total of 2 courses, 1 course for 10 days.The control group was given routine nursing of hyperbaric oxygen .Based on the control group , the observation group was given humani-zation nursing intervention.The treatment effect, anxiety, nursing satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared .Results After the intervention of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with nursing intervention , the observation group anxiety score ( 45.66 ±3.74 ) was significantly lower than that of the control group (55.28±4.54), the difference was statistically significant (t=11.61, P<0.01 ) .The total effective in the observation group and the control group ( 93.3%vs.86.7%) was compared , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.96 , P<0.05 ) .The satisfaction degree of the observation group ( 93.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 63.3%) (χ2=4.58, P<0.05).Conclusion Using humanization nursing intervention in the course of hy-perbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the efficacy , improve the anxiety status and im-prove nursing satisfaction of patients .
