Experience of University of Alabama Birmingham center for clinical and translational science and reference to China

Abstract：This article introduced experience of University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) center for clinical and translational science ( CCTS) in order to promote construction of translational medicine center construction in China .CCTS has clear vision and mission , perfect organization , clinical services, pilot programs, cores, providing multi-level education and training programs , and has a wide range of partners .Take the CCTS experience into consideration , resources should be allo-cated rationally , organization should be optimize , training and education should be strengthen , opera-tion and communication way should be expanded to promote the transformation of achievements of medicine .
