Study of improving quality on Neixia Luoli pill

Abstract：Objective To revise the quality of Neixiao Luoli pill, through thin layer chroma-tography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to improve the quality stan-dard of the drug.Methods On the original basis, the TLC identification of forsythia and determina-tion the content of rosemary acid and harpagoside by HPLC were measured.Results The spots were clear and nagative controls were not interfered.Rosemary acid presented a good linear realationship in the range of 0.039 34 - 0.275 38 μg (r =0.999 98).The average recovery was 98.33%, RSD was 2.27%.Harpagoside presented a good linear realationship in the range of 0.060 16 - 0.240 64μg (r=0.999 87).The average recovery was 98.26%, RSD was 2.17%.Conclusion The stan-dard of Neixiao Luoli pill was developed and improved for better quality control.
