The investigation of laboratory medical training with translational medicine mode

Abstract：Translational medicine is the main mode of modern medical development and re-search .To push the research of life science to the human genome project era of omics , various omics technology makes the modern clinical medicine direct to translational medicine development .Labora-tory medicine is one of the easiest way to practice translational medicine , its personnel training worth our thinking and discussion .Through analysis of the characteristics of translational medicine and its relationship with laboratory medicine , put forward in the transformation of medical mode , we urgent need to establish a transformation of laboratory medicine with personnel training idea , in the long-term planning , professional ethics , quality control , continuing education , scientific research ability , information and laboratory physician , etc to strengthen the training of laboratory medicine , and to meet the new opportunities and challenges in the development of laboratory medicine .
