For clinical laboratory development and promotion with translational medicine concept

Abstract：Translational medicine is a great revolution in the field of medicine,it causes at-tention in field of the basic medicine,preventive medicine,clinical medicine,biological pharma-ceutical,medical planning and management.Through the comprehensive analysis of the characteris-tics of translational medicine,development and its relationship with laboratory medicine and clinical medicine,discussed how the idea of translational medicine in promoting the development of clinical laboratory,proposed from strengthening the construction of quality management,personnel training, information sharing,clinical cooperation and so on to better meet the new opportunities and challen-ges in laboratory medicine.
