The several new indications of percutanious radiofrequency ablation

Abstract：The authors reviewed the effications and completions of percutanious radio-frequency ablation (PRFA ) in treatment of the portal vein tumor thrombus of hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma,hepatic hemangioma, uterine leiomyoma, thyroid nodules and early stage breast cancer nodules in recent literature.It was demonstrated that the indications for PRFA has been significantly extended with the improvement of the radiofrequency device and the invention of ablation techniques.
