Evaluation of the disinfection effect of six disinfectants on the surfaces of high-speed train carriages

Abstract：Objective To conduct on-site test and evaluation on the disinfection effect of high-speed train carriage surfaces,so as to provide a basis for selecting disinfectants for high-speed train carriage surfaces.Methods The on-site disinfection test was conducted to evaluate the disinfection effect.The SAS software was used for data analysis.The rates were compared using t test and variance analysis,and all were statistically significant based on P＜0.05.Results Chloride disinfection agent,ethanol disinfection agent,peroxide disinfection agent,chlorine dioxide disinfection agent,diptive disinfection agent,composite ammonium salt disinfection agent met the requirements of the surface disinfection effect of high-speed train carriage objects.The killing log value of natural bacteria of the surface of the toilet doorhandle,seat armrests,toilet buttons,small table boards,trash cans and water dispenser buttons were all＞2.00.The natural bacteria kill rates of six disinfectants were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The six disinfectants all have a good disinfection effect on the surface of the high-speed train carriage,but it still needs to be comprehensively considered in practice to distinguish them.
