Establishing a method for determination of six active ingredients and two prohibited ingredients content

Abstract：Objective To establish a method for determination of six active ingredients(tetramethylfluthrin,transfluthrin,dimefluthrin,rieh-d-transallethrin,prallethrin,and meperfluthrin)and two prohibited ingredients(fenobucarb and octachlorodipropyl ether)content in mosquito coils,electrothermal vaporizing liquid and electrothermal vaporizing mats.Methods A qualitative and quantitative analysis method utilizing internal standard method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed.Results The method for six active ingredients and two prohibited ingredients determination showed the recovery rates between 74.5％and 94.3％.The precision test displayed standard deviation in concentration between 1.72％and 4.55％,between 0.97％and 2.44％in peak area.Conclusion The developed method had advantages in good separation,perfect precision,high sensitivity,strong specificity and simply fast operation.
