Insecticide resistance of Musca domestica in Langfang construction region of the second capital airport

Abstract：Objective To determine the resistance status of Musca domestica in Langfang construction region of the second capital airport.Methods Topical application method was used.Chemicals were applied to housefly mesonotum.Results House flies developed 15.76,16.67,0.83 and 0.21 folds resistance to alphamethrin,azamethiphos,beta-cyfluthrin and deltamethrin respectively.Conclusion It is necessary to select the reasonable insecticides so as to increase the control effect and delay the resistance of house flies.
