Abstract：Objective To test the efficacy of dinotefuran against Blattella germanica.Methods The efficacy of dinotefuran against Blattella germanica was evaluated according to GB/T 13917-2009 (Laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of public health insecticides for pesticide registration).Results Dinotefuran 40％ soluble granule (SG) held remarkable control effects on Blattella germanica when residual sprayed at the dose of 160 mg ai/m2,the mortality reached 70％ within 72 h.The LT50 of 0.5％ dinotefuran bait on Blattella germanica was 0.6 day in the laboratory,and the 11 th day mortality rate was 100％.In the simulated field test,the LT50 of 0.5％ dinotefuran bait on Blattella germanica was 0.5 day,and the fifth day mortality rate was 100％.Conclusion Dinotefuran 40％ SG and 0.5％ dinotefuran bait showed excellent insecticidal contact toxicity and stomach poisoning activity against Blattella germanica.
