Abstract：Vector-borne diseases pose a major threat to the human health,exact an immense toll on economies,and restrict economic development.It is the focus of health quarantine to do well in the control of frontier ports and imported vectors.This paper introduced the opportunities and challenges faced by frontier ports and imported vectors control,from the actual needs,laws and regulations requirements,control technology,talent construction and other aspects.
