Determination of bifenthrin suspension concentrate by HPLC

Abstract：Objective To establish the method for determination of active ingredient in bifenthrin suspension concentrate (SC) by HPLC.Methods The separation and determination of bifcnthrin in thc samples were conducted with Agilent 5 HC-C 18 column and VWD detector at 203 nm,while the mixture solution of methanol and water was used as the mobile phase.Results The linear correlation coefficient of bifenthrin was 1.000 0.the standard deviations of 5％ bifenthrin SC,7.5％ bifenthrin SC and 15％ bifenthrin SC were 0.049,0.059 and 0.128,the variation coefficients were 0.98％,0.89％ and 0.88％,the average recoveries were 99.31％,100.64％ and 99.86％.Conclusion The method is of fast,simple,good separation,high precision and accuracy,which can be used in determination of bifenthrin.
