Study on flow quantification of common spray apparatus

Abstract：Objective To apply the four common sprayers precisely.Methods The original scales of the spray apparatus were further precisely partitioned,and the flow rate corresponding to the scale after each fine partition was measured,and the flow values of different instruments under different conditions were obtained.Results The flow quantification index and realizing way of four kinds of spray apparatus were obtained.The flow rate of tape KCS-432 charging sprayer was 662± 15.75-878±12.79 mL/min,and two gears could be set.The flow rate of tape TL2003 sprayer was 243± 15.08-368± 1.66 ml/min,and four gears could be set.The flow rate of tape SHR4100 mobile sprayer was 642±88.93-1 680± 18.26 ml/min,and four gears could be set.The flow rate of tape S.S.150 hot atomizer was 632.11± 27.22-1 106.19± 1.42 ml/min,and five gears could be set.Conclusion Commonly used spray devices can realize the quantitative control of flow,the experimental results provide the basis for the use of sprayers to achieve quantitative pest control.
