Resistance of Blattella germanica to four kinds of insecticides in Xi'an in 2016

Abstract：Objective To analyze the insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica in Xi'an City,and provide evidence for cockroach control.Methods The drug film method recommended by WHO was used.Results The KT50 of Blattella germanica were 15.03,13.57,14.34 and 12.20 min to deltamethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos and propoxur.The Blattella germanica in Xi'an developed 3.05,1.76,1.80 and 2.04 folds resistance to deltamethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos and propoxur respectively.Conclusion Blattella germanica have developed mild resistance to these four insecticides.It is necessary to apply insecticides scientifically for Blattella germanica control.
