Abstract：In the mid-June of 2016,unexpected heavy rains attacked Hubei Province and Hunan Province and caused terrible flood in some cities.Some local troops had been called into flood relief work.Two expert working groups of the centre were instructed to take part in investigating the army field medical support work,and guide them for disease prevention.
