Abstract:Objective To determine the residues of a trace of termiticides such as bifenthrin and deltamethrin in aqueous solutions. Methods By the ultraviolet-assisted surfactant-assisted dispersive liquid-phase micro-extraction analysis technique to optimize the conditions containing the ultrasonic time and temperature, the type and amount of extraction agent, the type and amount of surfactant, and the others, and to carry on quantitative analysis with external standard under the optimized conditions. Results The linear correlation coefficients of bifenthrin and dehamethrin were 0.997 2 and 0.998 1,and the linear ranges were 0-200 and 0-500 μg/L,the detection limits were 0.2 and 0.1 μg/L,the enrichment factors were 89 and 110 times, and the detected concentrations of residues in Xuzhou Yunlong Lake water and laboratory tap water were in line with national standards by the test with the method of adding recovery experiment,in which the range of recoveries were 92.0%-106.7% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.35%-6.34% at 50 and 150 μg/L levels. Conclusion The method showed higher enrichment times, satisfactory recovery and reproducibility, and moreover it was simple and rapid with less organic solvent needed.
