Abstract：With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its applications in neurosurgery have become increasingly widespread,encompassing disease diagnosis,surgical planning and navigation,postoperative monitoring,and prognosis evaluation,among other areas.This article provides a detailed exploration of the specific applications of AI in neurosurgery,analyzes the challenges and limitations it faces,and envisions future directions for its development.Through in-depth analysis,this article aims to offer valuable insights for neurosurgeons and researchers,promoting the further application and advancement of AI technology in neurosurgery.
